These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services ('Services') provided by The Cultural Chronicle Media Inc. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Platform – The website and digital properties operated by The Cultural Chronicle Media Inc.
User – Any person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a registered member or a guest.
Account – A User's registration for accessing subscription-based content and features of the Platform.
Services – All content, features, and functionalities offered on the Platform, including articles, interviews, and newsletters.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Cultural Chronicle Media Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
Your access to the Services is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited license to access and read the content.
Any trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Platform are our registered and unregistered marks. You may not use them without our prior written consent.
If you submit comments or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, and display such content.

Access to certain Services requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fees at the rates in effect when the charges were incurred. All fees are non-refundable.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the term unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings before the renewal date. We will bill the subscription fee to the payment method you provide.
We may change subscription fees and will provide you with advance notice of any such changes. Your continued use of the paid Services after the fee change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.
You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your access.
All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your complete payment card details.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
